We’re building real partnerships with small, local organisations across Barcelona and Catalonia, in social care and environmental conservation. Some of these collaborations are still being finalised, so for now we’re introducing them without their names. Once each partnership is confirmed, we’ll share who they are.
Community Shelter Project
A shelter and support centre in Barcelona for people experiencing homelessness, providing safe accommodation, meals, and support toward stable, independent housing.
Posidonia Guardians
A marine conservation project protecting Catalonia’s posidonia oceanica seagrass meadows, promoting responsible anchoring and citizen science. Beyond funding, they’re helping us shape responsible practices for our maritime partners.
Seahorse Recovery Project
A science-led project recovering seahorses and posidonia meadows right along Barcelona’s own coastline with citizen-science snorkelling open to residents and visitors.
Food Security
A Barcelona food bank network that rescues surplus food from going to waste and gets it to families facing food insecurity across the city.
Accessibility
An organisation working to make Barcelona’s streets, sights and experiences genuinely reachable for people with disabilities.
Rare Disease Support
A patient association offering information, guidance and community support to people living with a rare disease and their families. The association we support here rotates periodically to reach different rare-disease communities.
